We offer several practical ways to engage:
-
Our consultations begin with a discovery phase, including an online questionnaire, a high-level review of your IT spending, and understanding of your current priorities.
This allows us to tailor a half-a-day in-person or online strategy session with your tech team, where we'll evaluate your business priorities, review current technology initiatives, discuss your IT strategy and outline a high-level technology roadmap.
Deliverables:
Overall perspective on your technology spend and digital initiatives compared to peers, identification of gaps and opportunities by key technology domains (e.g., core platforms, cybersecurity, data and analytics, legacy and Cloud adoption)
High-level assessment of improvement opportunities and a directional longer-term technology roadmap with 2-3 critical KPIs.

The key premise behind the ideation workshop is that the solution is often known by the IT team and our main objectives are to discover and unearth it, while preserving the ownership by the IT team, validate it using our collective experience and define a concrete set initiatives to capture the value.
Our Ideation Workshop is usually preceded with a high-level data collection (e.g., cost baseline) and initial analysis, which helps us establish hypotheses and structure the ideation. In the workshop we review our findings and hypotheses and actively solicit ideas from the IT team, encouraging thinking outside of the box and challenging any “sacred cows” that the organization may have. We collectively discuss how these ideas could be implemented at the Client, conduct directional assessment of potential value of the ideas and discuss coordination and alignment with existing ongoing IT improvement initiatives and business-driven projects.
Deliverables:
The main deliverable of the Ideation Workshop is to identify efficiency and IT-enabled growth opportunities and value levers with directional value estimate, indication of dependencies and potential execution challenges.
This list should serve as a good starting point for designing a comprehensive IT improvement program, focused on core IT efficiency, business growth, or design of foundational IT-enabled capabilities.
