15 years with McKinsey, focusing on IT Transformation
Ross has been helping clients improve their IT performance at McKinsey for over 15 years. Starting as a consultant at McKinsey Business Technology Office in 2000 he led IT performance improvement programs at large enterprises for 4 years and rejoined McKinsey in 2012 to co-found and lead McKinsey Ignite - expert-led team that enables Digital Transformation services and IT performance improvement for large enterprise clients.
Prior to McKinsey, Ross co-led strategic transformation of Everest Group from traditional consulting to data and analytics service provider. He founded two new analytical service lines: IT Outsourcing research (focusing on analysis and improvement of IT outsourcing relationships) and Outsourcing Price Assurance (benchmarking pricing and terms & conditions in the outsourcing contracts) and grew them into standalone business units.
Early in his career, Ross was Project Executive in the Enterprise Transformation group at IBM, leading internal cross-functional teams on strategic business transformation efforts within IBM.
This diverse experience with a common thread of business technology, helped Ross become a pragmatic technologist focused on IT strategy, transformation, and continued performance improvement.

Michael Synn
Drawing on more than three decades in technology servicing the Financial Services industry, Michael has evolved from developing complex systems and low-latency trading platforms to architecting enterprise solutions and leading global teams.
His comprehensive experience—spanning application development, infrastructure operations, and cloud technologies—has supported millions of users and thousands of clients across diverse platforms. This depth and breadth of expertise uniquely positions him to deliver exceptional value to our customers.
During Michael’s last 7 years as member of the Broadridge's IT leadership team, he formulated and executed the strategy for global data centers, built private cloud platforms, led migration to public clouds, and operated multiple heterogeneous platforms to deliver solutions for Broadridge's global clients. Michael’s IT teams supported hundreds of applications and managed infrastructure, platforms & operations services across 100+ private and public clouds and data centers.
Michael is currently a Managing Director at a boutique M&A firm advising mid-market and PE firms to expand or exit their businesses, and an Advisory Board Member of Series-A, B and C startups, as well as several IT Services companies, and works with Founders/CEO/CTOs to best align technology, product, pricing, and marketing to scale their businesses.
